This very beautiful Yoruba bronze staff handle is mounted on an iron base. It has a beautifully arranged hairstyle, huge angled eyes and the protruding lips have a three dimensional quality. It is indeed beautiful from any angle.

Provenance: Acquired by a Danish collector in Paris in the 1970th

Age: Est. end 19th Century – beg. 20th Century.
